Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to navigate the difficulties we all face throughout life! I provide individual and family therapy for eating disorders as well as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, relational issues, and identity exploration. As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I often apply Dr. Brene Brown’s research in therapeutic work around shame, vulnerability, and worthiness. I hold memberships in the Academy of Eating Disorders and the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
I treat older adolescents and adults for a range of concerns. Since completing a clinical practicum at an eating disorder treatment program, I have specialized in providing eating disorder treatment in Northwest Arkansas for the past 20 years. I prioritize collaborating with other providers to provide effective treatment for eating disorders.
