At times we all feel stagnant or “off.” I believe counseling is most effective when the therapist “meets you where you are are,” and then builds on the skills and tools you already have. It is helpful to look at the “whole person” and the areas of your life that are influencing you. Through the integrative approach, my goal is not only to help you solve for your “right now” problems, but to help you gain the tools for the future and whatever it might bring you.
Through the therapeutic process, we will focus on you and your needs and strengths as you move through your journey towards your goals. I often take a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on how all the areas of your life can interact with each other. With therapy, you can become more balanced and get to the place of your life that you want.
I am currently accepting new clients with daytime availability and some evenings. I only offer telehealth/online sessions at this time.
