I specialize in working with children and teens, parents, and families. Additionally, I work with women struggling with postpartum depression and other perinatal mood disorders. I am trained in Theraplay®, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and EMDR. Additionally, I utilize narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems theory into my work.
