Accepting new clients! No matter what you're facing right now, I believe you're capable of growth and healing. Getting started is the hardest part and you've already done that. We will work together to create a set of goals that can take you from where you are now, to where you want to be. I'll be there along the way to provide coping skills, support and new ways of thinking about problems. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions and other concerns. I work with adults (18 and above) and I'm especially passionate about supporting women's health at every stage of life.
I am a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. If you have struggled with body image concerns, chronic dieting, or a difficult relationship with food and weight in any way, the Intuitive Eating approach can help you heal your relationship to your body. I also have specialized training in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
I also have specialized training in helping people address concerns about their sexual health, sexual identity, and alternative relationship models such as nonmonogamy. I will work with you to reduce shame, increase confidence, and help you build strong relationship skills. I’m a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
