I have over six years of experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents. I specialize in attachment and developmental trauma, couples therapy, and mood disorders. I am trained in both EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and emotion-focused couples therapy.
I strive to build a strong rapport with each client in order to create a safe space for gentle and effective movement toward health.
