What if your inner critic isn’t actually the truth? It’s hard to feel connected or fulfilled when you’re constantly beating yourself up inside. When you begin relating to yourself with curiosity and compassion instead of criticism, something shifts. Energy frees up. Joy and self-trust start showing up in real, meaningful ways. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience. I use mindfulness-based practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help people understand themselves more deeply and work with difficult emotions and past experiences in a gentle, non-judgmental process.
I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), who often underestimate their own strengths. As an HSP myself, I bring both lived experience and deep empathy to our work together. In addition, I work with couples to move past patterns that get in the way of communication, connection, and intimacy.
