My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, confidence, and a sense of empowerment as they move towards healing.
With 10 years in the counseling field, I have supported teens and adults through anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. I have developed a strong passion for helping those who experienced childhood emotional neglect and grew up feeling emotionally unseen or unsupported.
I love a theory of counseling that puts emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. It's so important to be able to trust your therapist and be yourself in session. I believe everyone deserves to have someone that invests and cares for them. I have a deep passion for helping others feel truly seen, heard, and cared for!
