I specialize in providing trauma-informed care through an attachment lens and supporting clients with feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, and anger. I incorporate somatic techniques and work with clients to reconnect to their bodies. My approach is curious, holistic, integrative, affirming, and collaborative.
