I have experience working with adults, with varying mental health needs and diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, substance use and bipolar disorder. My practice interests include life transitions, pregnancy loss, perinatal/postpartum, parenting, maternity mental health, disabled veterans, tfmr advocacy/ affirmation, and supporting college students.
I am inclusive of all gender, sexual, and relationship identities. I have a strong connection to nature and the outdoors, and weave that into my work.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, pickleball, being out on water, spending time with friends and family and cheering on the WNBA
