I’m supposed to be telling you how I’m going to help you feel better… but first, you should know I have two cats, love a good trail run, and can’t resist love-themed reality TV.
We all face difficult moments that require grace, patience, and self-compassion. As a strengths-focused therapist, I aim to create a warm, supportive environment where you can feel your emotions freely and begin to understand and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy should be a collaborative process - I’m here to walk alongside you while helping you tap into your own insight and resilience. I specialize in working with folks 14+.
Most of my clients come to me to work on navigating day-to-day stress, anxiety, ADHD, relationship or communication challenges, family conflict, and identity development. I also support individuals who may be experiencing passive suicidal thoughts or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns.
I offer parental support and coaching, including maternal mental health and the transition to parenthood. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and sometimes infused with humor. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating a safe, supportive space for all. If I seem like a good fit, I’d be honored to work with you.
