I practice therapy using attachment, relational and strength based models. My style will help you feel safe, understood, and heard. My work explores all mental health with a focus on traumatic grief and loss. I am also a Certified EMDR therapist and can focus on whatever trauma from the past has been holding you back.
I believe we all have the abilities to find our way when lost or misguided. I think of our therapy relationship as a team, with you driving the car and myself as your guide.
