Being human is complex and sometimes painful. With a foundation of trauma-sensitive mindfulness, I collaboratively create a client-centered space for individuals and couples to uncover obstacles that block aliveness, connection, safety, and joy. With an awake heart, clarity, and nonjudgmental presence, I help clients find perspective, make meaning of difficulties, access innate wisdom, and gain skills to emerge into freedom. From queer lineages and Celtic ancestry, I am a queer, gender-variant-femme, poet and Buddhist practitioner who derives inspiration and purpose from the forces of nature, meditation, and relationships.
Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, PACT (Couple's Work), Attachment theory, Neurobiology, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, I support couples and individuals with developmental trauma, PTSD, working with sensitivity, anxiety, shame, grief, depression, LGBTQIA2S+ identity, and the impacts of systemic oppression.
Additionally, I utilize Mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and cognitive therapies to assist clients of diverse identities in expanding their sense of freedom, connection, and authenticity in everyday life. I support clients to meet the truth of their experience with patience, courage, self-compassion, and integrity.
