With a foundation of trauma-sensitive mindfulness, I collaboratively create a client-centered space for people to uncover obstacles that block aliveness, connection, safety, intimacy, transformation, resiliency, and joy. With an awake heart, clarity, and nonjudgmental presence, I help clients find perspective, make meaning of life’s difficulties, access their innate wisdom and connection, and gain skills to thrive and emerge into their full self. From European white ancestry and queer lineages, I am an artist and Buddhist practitioner who derives inspiration and purpose from the forces of nature, meditation, and relationships.
Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, PACT (Psychobiological Couple's Work), Attachment theory, Neurobiology, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, I support queer relationships, couples, and individuals with developmental trauma, high sensitivity, social anxiety, shame, grief, depression, LGBTQIA2S+ identity, and the impacts of systemic oppression.
Additionally, I utilize Mindfulness, Sacred Reverence for all Existence, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and cognitive therapies to assist clients of diverse identities in expanding their sense of freedom, connection, and authenticity in everyday life. I support clients to meet the truth of their experience with courage, self-compassion, and integrity.
