I have worked with children, teens, and parents in individual, family, and group therapy settings for the past 17 years. I am skilled in crisis management, with a focus on suicide risk and prevention, and help children and teens with a variety of concerns related to Depression, Anxiety, Mood related disorders, safety management, ADHD, and other challenges.
I strive to make all of my clients feel heard and supported and I am passionate about helping clients find their strengths and empowering them to make changes to live a healthier lifestyle.
