I support families, individuals, couples, and children. I provide compassionate support for anxiety, depression, and adjustment to parenthood. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience and training in Child Parent Psychotherapy, children's mental wellness, Circle of Security, and Perinatal/ Postnatal Support International. I am passionate about enhancing family dynamics through attachment based models by working to foster meaningful connections.

As a therapist, I work alongside families and individuals to support a decrease in symptoms which are getting in the way of being more present. As a mom, I understand the challenges that come along with parenting and the strong desire to be the best parent you can be. I provide a space to explore thoughts and emotions without judgment.

I work with families who may be struggling with challenging behaviors in children, anxiety, depression, trauma , and disruptions in their relationships. During our initial session we will collaboratively work to create a plan that targets symptoms which are getting in the way of the you want to live your life.
