I help teen girls and women who feel stuck in constant worry, overthinking everything, and always being “on edge,” even when they're doing their best to hold it all together. Anxiety might show up as racing thoughts, a tight chest, trouble relaxing, or feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long. They want relief from anxiety, a calmer mind and body, and to feel more like their self again — steady, confident, and able to enjoy daily life instead of just getting through it.
I specialize in working with teen girls and women struggling with anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I help clients calm their nervous system, better understand their emotions, and develop practical tools to manage anxiety in a more sustainable way, so they can feel grounded, confident, and emotionally steady in everyday life.
