I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults who have experienced trauma, or are struggling with issues related to mental health, including depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder. I help clients recognize their natural resources and potential they already possess. My ultimate goal is to help individuals and families find healing and wholeness.
I specialize in working with adolescents who are struggling with various mental health concerns. Adolescence is a particularly difficult time of life for parents and children. I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective. I utilize EMDR and trauma informed therapy to assist the client and parent in understanding the root of behaviors.
I received my Master's in Marriage in Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling to overcome trauma and mental health concerns.
