In my opinion, having this be a collaborative process is important; we work together to ensure your needs are being met and that you are accomplishing the goals you set for yourself at the start! You are worth it! I strive to create a safe, warm, and welcome environment that focuses on non-judgement and openness for the client. The choice to start therapy is not always an easy one, so I try to make the process as manageable and comfortable as possible.
