I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, caregiver burnout, trauma, and emotional or behavioral concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Parents often seek support because their child is struggling with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, executive functioning, or social difficulties, while adults may be adjusting to major life changes, managing the stress of caregiving, or healing from difficult experiences.
I help children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, autism, ADHD, caregiver burnout, and emotional challenges. Using somatic, behavioral, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients build emotional regulation skills, improve coping, and create meaningful change.
