I work with all ages who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, and executive functioning difficulties. Many of the clients I support are bright and capable but feel stuck in cycles of worry, avoidance, big emotions, or feeling misunderstood. I have experience in working with anxiety disorders, ASD, depression, ADHD, and oppositional behaviors.
My approach is developmentally informed, collaborative, and skills-based. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and exposure-based interventions, while meeting each client where they are. Sessions are active and practical, focused on building tools you can use in real life.
