I am a therapist who is passionate about helping clients overcome obstacles such as mood dysregulation, life transitions, depression, anxiety, lack of motivation, school challenges, bullying, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I take the time to process challenges with clients and provide strategic tools to help improve well-being.
For the past six years, I have supported both adolescents and adults in both crisis and outpatient levels of care. Through my experience as a partial hospitalization therapist, I created close connections with many of the counselors in school districts across Chester County. This background enables me to better understand adolescent’s challenges.
