I will create and support an individualized experience for you and center the therapeutic process on your personal goals.
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches in my therapeutic process including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults, persons experiencing substance use and addiction, dual-diagnosis, general life stressors, and anxiety and depression. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and am committed to anti-racist work.
