About
If trauma or PTSD is interfering with your relationships, work and ability to enjoy life everyday, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) can help address trauma and the negative impact it is having in your life. The goal of my work with clients is to help them utilize their strengths and work though challenges with encouragement and compassion. Here’s a brief Veterans Affairs video on YouTube about CPT. https://youtu.be/Jqj5zDbkPx. CPT is also described in this episode of This American Life https://www.thisamericanlife.org/682/ten-sessions. I returned calls/texts in 1 to 2 business days.
