I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families impacted by anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, grief/loss, family conflict and behavioral concerns. I recognize the unique pressures of parenting today and have a passion for providing parent education and family support. I believe that through building self-compassion and by strengthening connections, families can heal and thrive.
I received my clinical training in an adult and adolescent partial hospitalization program, where I provided individual, group, and family therapy to those suffering from depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and self-injurious behaviors.
I utilize a client-centered and integrated therapeutic approach that incorporates aspects of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
