About
I am passionate about trauma work and supporting clients move toward healing. I work from a place of non-judgement, leading cleints to find their path to their best selves. Trauma is not specific to a single origin, but beings heaviness day to day life. My training as an EMDR practioner allows me to use this wonderful tool to help move stuck thoughts, change the negative beliefts into something positive, and lessen the impact trauma has on a persons functioning.
As a practitioner I identify as being a compassionate, empathetic human with a strong skill set for treating trauma. I am trained in EMDR, IPT, and cognitive processing therapy. These modalities are evidence based to reduce negative symptosm and increase client resilience.
If you think you may benefit from EMDR please call to discuss if it is an appropriate fit.
