I will help you learn how to be more connected - in your relationships, at work and with yourself. We'll work together to empower you with the tools you need to challenge what isn't working and start building a life you love. I will help you understand how your past may be influencing your present and how to enhance your capacity for intimacy. I value authenticity, optimism and truth. My approach is warm, but always direct and honest. I am trained in EMDR, Mindfulness-Based CBT and the Trauma Resiliency Model and regularly integrate these techniques into my practice.
In addition to work with trauma, sex addiction and anxiety, I love to work specifically with individuals who are dealing with a crisis in their current relationship or who are struggling with the frustrations of dating.
I also have a specialty in helping people with career challenges and transitions. Drawing from my own experience, I help my clients execute career changes, manage overwhelming stress and access and move through deeper blocks and self-doubt that may be holding them back from reaching their full potential.
