Accepting new duos and individuals! I work with individuals and relationships, including romantic + non-romantic duos (i.e. friends, siblings, ex-partners). My work is trauma-/systems-informed and relational. Together, we will respond to your needs from this space, recognizing that no one approach fits all. We’ll make sense of a constellation of experiences, feelings, and thoughts, exploring their origins and contexts, protective functions, and impacts on your self and relationships. Our collaborative process enables us to gently explore past wounds, deepen reflection and curiosity, and support new ways of being to heal and grow.
Folks I see often face relationship struggles, relational/family trauma or c-PTSD, mood-related challenges, or self-esteem troubles. They might navigate loss, shame, or grief, challenges related to identity and life transition, or feel confused or disconnected. With duos, I specialize in patterns of misunderstanding, miscommunication, and conflict.
I invite you to reach out whether you have experience with therapy or are trying it out for the first time. In the therapeutic role, I bring my whole self, embracing gentleness, humor, messiness, and curiosity. This human experience can be confusing and messy stuff, and you don’t have to hold or face that on your own. Big feelings always welcome!
