I emphasize the importance of multicultural and diversity counseling, am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming, and continually work to ensure a safe and non-judgmental environment for all clients. I utilize my own experience as a neurodivergent person to meet each person where they are and to aid them in accomplishing their personal goals in a way that is validating and empowering. I am a strong believer in utilizing unconditional positive regard, respect, and warmth but am also willing to challenge harmful beliefs and patterns when appropriate.
I am excited and passionate about working with clients from all walks of life and have experience working with a variety of diagnoses including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and more.
