I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, a topic near and dear to my heart. The struggles that individuals and families face during pregnancy, postpartum, and loss of any kind are unique and underrepresented. I am passionate about supporting this life phase and helping others know that they do not have to suffer through it alone.
I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support the treatment of trauma in clients. I have seen first hand the positive impact it can have for those who experience symptoms of big trauma, prolonged traumas, fears, phobias, and more.
