I will walk with you towards the hard things that are stuck internally in order to bring flow and change, to help you figure out where you are wanting to go, what feels congruent with who you are, and to process and shift the things that are blocking you from getting there. I will also equip you with ways to manage the emotions in a way that brings calm.
In Couples therapy we will build secure functioning in your relationship as we work on increasing your connection, intimacy, communication skills, healthy boundaries, equity, & navigating your different needs. We can dive into the deep complexity of parenting and how that is affecting your connection, and learn how to navigate conflict between you.
