Katie Clark is the owner of Be Well Psychology LLC (EMDR Trained and Certified in Animal Assisted Therapy).
Welcome! Katie has a double masters degree, one in Psychology and one in Marriage and Family Therapy. Katie specializes is the treatment of relational issues, trauma and complex trauma, and addiction. Katie approaches each client uniquely, to meet them where they are at and support their journey of health and wellness. Katie uses a blend of trauma informed, client centered, somatic, collaborative and attachment based therapies to provide clients with an open and safe space for healing and growth.
While Katie only sees Colorado and Texas clients via telehealth, she does have an in person office for clients in Idaho, located in Boise. Katie utilizes a combination of TF-CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, Somatic integration, EMDR, Canine Assisted Therapy, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and attachment theory in her work with clients.
Katie loves to integrate psychoeducation from a neuroscience perspective to empower clients with knowledge to greater influence their view of self and confidence. Katie wants all clients to believe they are just as valuable today, as they were yesterday, and will be tomorrow.
