Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in the eating disorder field. I am a dedicated therapist specializing in the treatment of adolescents and young adults with eating disorders. I also treat co-occuring conditions including trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm, suicidality, anxiety and depression. I believe in the importance of a collaborative approach, working closely with families and other treatment team members to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I have worked in residential and outpatient levels of care since 2018. Prior to that, I spent my undergraduate years doing advocacy work in the community. I have comprehensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I practice from a weight neutral and harm reduction model when appropriate. I provide LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming care.
My approach combines a deep commitment to compassionate care with a touch of humor, because I believe that a little laughter can go a long way in healing. When I am not working, you will find me making pierogi with my grandmothers, reading books, and grabbing coffee with friends.
