About
I am now offering both in person and virtual sessions! Are you feeling stressed about the holidays? Anxious or depressed? Struggling with a life transition such as beginning college or a divorce? Grieving the loss of a loved one? The decision you have made to start therapy is an incredibly important first step in improving your quality of life and achieving your wellness goals. I am happy you are here!
The decision to start therapy is a big one and having a therapist that is a good fit can make all the difference. I believe that every individual has unique needs and will work to create a treatment approach that will be most effective for you as an individual. Together, we will work to create positive change and healing that can last a lifetime.
I am a trauma informed and solution-focused therapist with areas of focus that include life transitions, trauma related to child abuse, intimate partner violence and sexual assault. Additional areas of focus include anxiety, depression, foster care and adoption, and adjustment to chronic illness. I am looking forward to being part of your journey!
