I work with my clients to develop a treatment plan that will address the whole person and their specific needs. I specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, ART, trauma, and the psychological symptoms related to Lyme and autoimmune disease. Other areas of expertise include PTSD, depression, anxiety, life adjustments, bipolar disorder, substance abuse and chronic illness.

I am EMDR certified and am an EMDRIA approved consultant and trainer. I have advanced EMDR training in integrating somatic psychotherapy with EMDR. (EMDR is designed to help people process unresolved trauma and transform negative beliefs with simple eye movements).

I am offering both in person and telehealth sessions and am licensed in both VA and MD. I also have credits in lay counseling and am comfortable counseling from a faith-based perspective and incorporating prayer when it fits my client’s existing beliefs and needs.
