Many grow up to be high-achieving women, LGBTQ+ adults, or professionals who are successful on the outside but exhausted and disconnected on the inside.
In our sessions together, we'll gently map out the parts of you that took charge or held difficult emotions so everyone else could be okay - those parts that are working overtime now. We'll build compassion and connection with these parts, and explore how old patterns show up in your relationships, boundaries, identity, and self-worth.
