November 2023-Accepting New Clients. I work with teens and young adults. We would be a good fit if you’re looking for support with: depression, anxiety, anger, mood instability, self-esteem, creating healthy relationships with others (parents, partners, & peers), teen dating violence, self-injury, or life transitions. Additionally, I treat adult survivors of intimate partner domestic violence. The focus is on personal empowerment finding increased awareness about abuse, clarity, and improved safety.
I am compassionate and dedicated to our counseling relationship. I offer video and in-person appointments.
I will take time to understand where you’re coming from and what you’ve been through. I’ll be your guide and ally, meeting you with directness and compassion. Trying to find a therapist who will feel right for you can be daunting. Reach out by email or phone to get to know one another more and discuss scheduling.
