Many of my patients have come to see me to find a supportive space in which they can better understand how these patterns have impacted their lives.

As a psychotherapist, my role is to offer a compassionate and attentive space for you to explore these experiences. Through a psychodynamic lens, I believe that each individual holds within them the capacity for self-awareness and transformation.
