Life is full of chaos and uncertainty right now. It may have brought you anxiety, worries, sadness and grief. You may have had to deal with many life changes, ones that you want and ones that you don't want. It makes sense to feel off, overwhelmed, and like you lost your footing. We all need a safe space to process our experience and take a moment to breathe, regroup and learn how to adapt to life’s challenges. Clients come to me to feel seen, heard and sort through what is happening for them. They have overcome challenges in life and now want to find peace and healing. They want to be confident, calm, and true to themselves.
Together, we can develop skills you need to calm anxiety, change patterns and find true healing. My training allows me to work through a systemic lens, utilizing an attachment focused and person centered approach that is tailored to you personally. I use CBT, EFT, Somatic experiencing and mindfulness techniques so that both thoughts and emotions can shift.
I do not believe people are broken, I believe everyone has the power to heal and to change and we all need a hand to get us there.
