With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals on their path towards emotional well-being and personal growth. I provide individual and family therapy to adolescents and adults. My practice focuses primarily on the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, issues related to substance use, parenting difficulties, and challenges of emerging adults and adolescents.

I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, values, and goals.
