I work with adults (18+) struggling with some of the most distressing, forms of OCD, including intrusive thoughts related to harm, suicide, sexual orientation, pedophilia, incest, and other sensitive topics. These themes are more common than people think — and I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and recovery.
If you’re ready to begin the challenging but rewarding work of therapy, I’m here to apply my knowledge, training, and experience to help you find freedom in your life. After a thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan, we will use ERP, I-CBT, and ACT to guide your recovery. Our work will be highly individualized just for you.
