Taking the step to seek out therapy can often be a difficult one. I strive to create a safe and empathic space in which we can collaborate to help you make the changes in your life that you wish to see. With you guiding, I help you get curious about who you are, the messages that you’ve internalized, and how they play a significant role in how you act with the world around you. I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, disordered eating, and the challenges of everyday life.
I received my Master’s degree at the Columbia University School of Social Work, and am currently pursuing advanced post graduate training in psychoanalysis, at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
While my approach is primarily psychodynamic, I believe in tailoring my work to best meet the needs of each individual client. Through a strong relational framework, I work to help you explore the connections between your past and present experiences in order to reduce suffering, achieve future goals, and increase fulfillment in your life.
