I'm Katie and I am passionate about working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship distress, parenting issues and/or the emotional and physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum. My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding by providing a safe and non-judgmental space to address the emotional, relational, and practical aspects of relationships.

I love working with couples helping them reconnect, learn effective communication, and create stronger emotional bonds through Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). I support individuals through the transformative experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.
