Hi and welcome! I'm Katie, and I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD symptoms, depression, relationship distress, parenting issues, and the emotional and physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum. My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding by providing a safe and non-judgmental space to address the emotional, relational, and practical aspects of relationships.
I'm passionate about supporting individuals through the transformative experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. I especially love working with women experiencing ADHD and/or postpartum OCD and anxiety.
I use evidence-based therapies (CBT, ERP, ACT & EFCT) while creating a safe and open space where you can express yourself freely.
