I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I have spent much of my career helping individuals work through issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion control- including anger management, and peer and family relationships. I have helped couples navigate difficult situations including addiction and codependency, infidelity, disconnection, and poor communication. I also enjoy helping parents navigate through the highs and lows of the parenting process.
I have over ten years of experience helping couples, families, and individuals. I have worked with many couples and families in struggle, and offer compassionate, encouraging support and guidance. I believe that everyone is made of strength and struggle, and that counseling can help you to gain skills and insight into how to improve your own situation.
