As a therapist, I help clients tackle anxiety by getting to the bottom of those racing thoughts—so they don’t start their own Olympic sport. I offer an open heart and an open mind. I want to teach people they already have the skills they need to get what they want; it's about applying it and understanding how it can show up for them.
I have a deep passion for helping people see the joy in life, even in the small moments. I have lots of experience helping people with chemical dependency and finding their way out of that. I also really enjoy working with individuals that are struggling/have struggled with infertility along with what life can look like as a parent.
I believe it’s important to have a good relationship with your therapist, so I like to create an environment that is non-judgmental with a little humor and laughter mixed into the serious conversations. When I'm not working I'm either at the gym lifting heavy weights, making memories with my children and husband, or off roading in our Jeep Wrangler.
