My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic therapy, attachment, and family systems —helping you reconnect with your body and shift patterns at a pace that feels safe. I hold dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Marriage & Family Therapy, with advanced training in Somatic Experiencing (Adv. 1), and bring a steady, compassionate presence.
My role is to meet you where you are, support your process, and walk alongside you as things begin to shift— in small, meaningful ways. I work with adult individuals and couples across Mississippi.
