Over the past decade, I’ve trained in various practices to help you understand your patterns, emotions and behaviors. I’ll guide you toward deeper self-awareness and the development of effective skills for growth. I am trained in EMDR levels I & II, Somatic Experiencing (beginning 3), and hold a dual Master’s in Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy.
