Hello! I’m Katie, and I’m so glad you’re here. Many people start out in therapy feeling unsure of their next step forward. That’s okay – you are right where you’re supposed to be. As a therapist, I focus on providing support for my clients as we explore healing and self-understanding. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can connect with yourself, find your inner strength, and move toward the life you want to build.
While I work with adults of all backgrounds, I specialize in providing therapy for the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities. My approach to therapy is person-centered and holistic, using techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe that every person deserves support, and the right support helps us grow.
