Katie is an Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with a wide variety of clients. Using a positive psychology and trauma-informed approach, Katie helps her clients to manage their emotions, develop resiliency, build confidence, and heal past traumas. Katie is an IFS-informed therapist and is currently working towards Level 1 certification.
Katie works to understand her clients' unique lived experiences and asks questions that allow them to examine their experiences in a new and insightful way. She provides a trauma-informed and non-judgmental space to explore what is most meaningful and important to them.
