I am accepting in person clients at Aloha Counseling LLC in Arizona, and Telehealth services to Washington state-based clients. As a therapist, I aim to provide my clients with a safe space to share, connect, and work on treatment goals together. My hope is to create a therapeutic relationship with my clients where they can learn about themselves and how to best cope with life's challenges. I am especially interested in working with adolescents and young adults who have suffered trauma in their life. I believe we all have the strengths within us to persevere even after unique challenges in our lives.
My clinical experience thus far has included working with children, teens, and young adults who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event such as child abuse, neglect, or sexual assault. I also have experience working with teens in a school-based therapy setting. My most used approaches are TF-CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Strengths Based Therapy.
