I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and adults. I have extensive experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in the areas of crisis intervention, addiction, mood disorders, and parenting issues.
My approach is positive, affirming, and nurturing. I utilize a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the clients I will develop a treatment plan that is individual to them. I work primarily from both the cognitive/behavioral perspective and the family systems frame of reference.
