If you're questioning things you were taught not to question, navigating a faith transition, or rebuilding your identity after leaving a high-control religious or cultural environment, you don't have to figure it out alone. I specialize in religious trauma and deconstruction, working with adults reclaiming their values, voice, and sense of self after years of being told their instincts couldn't be trusted. Whether you're in active deconstruction, in a mixed-faith relationship, or processing the aftermath, we'll work to find a balance using EMDR, parts work, and somatic approaches for both meaning-making and nervous system healing.
My approach is grounded in compassionate curiosity and unconditional acceptance. We listen and we don't judge : ) Together we make room for everything you've felt unable to say out loud, including grief, anger, doubt, and longing. We move at your pace as you reconnect with what is yours and release what was never meant to define you.
