They may be thoughtful, curious, and a little outside the mainstream—exploring desire, questioning old relationship scripts, or looking for ways to create relationships that feel more intentional and aligned with who they really are. I offer an affirming, shame-free space where these conversations can happen openly. As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I help clients build practical communication skills, understand themselves more deeply, and create relationships rooted in consent, clarity, and authenticity.

I help people explore desire, improve communication, and create relationships that feel honest and aligned. Clients often come to me to work through desire differences, relationship transitions, sexual shame, or questions about opening or redefining their relationships.
